Liveliness and variability – this is also reflected in shaping the design for the boutique hotel "H'Otello".
Close to the Kurfürstendamm, the „H’Otello-Berlin” lies at the heart of Berlin’s pulsating City-West: With its lively mixture of cafés, bars, restaurants, galleries and shops the Savignyplatz has a particular appeal for the cosmopolitan visitor.
Theme and variation are the two constants of the façade for the six, stacked stories of hotel rooms. The arrangement of the windows and panels are different at all levels.
As lively as the occupancy and personal life of the guests in everyday hotel life is, so individual and spontaneous is the façade – as a parable of the hotel industry itself. We designed the architecture as well as the interior, with its flowing spatial sequences.
